You can also choose from a full range of fitness and relaxation courses throughout the Health Classic, including yoga, stretching and stress reduction. Hands-on participatory workshops introduce you to the benefits of massage and bodywork. And, you can also choose from a variety of hands-on, natural food cooking classes during the Health Classic from noted cooking teachers and authors. Three low-fat, organic, vegetarian meals are prepared and served daily by the Health Classics over twenty chefs and cooks who come from different parts of North America. There are also nite cafes, featuring great entertainment and sumptuous, non-dairy, non-sugar desserts prepared by the Health Classics dessert chefs. Health Classics is also proud to present Dr. Lee Lipsenthal’s “Finding Balance in a Medical Life” seminars for physicians and their families. The “Finding Balance in a Medical Life” seminars are offered to the general public of physicians and their spouses/significant others throughout the year as well as through major health care organizations, including hospital systems and independent physicians associations. “Finding Balance in a Medical Life” provides the tools to evaluate, understand and react to the issues that confront today’s phoysicians.
