Ross has worked as a pediatric emergency room technician for the Childrens Hospital of the Kings Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia for 5 years. He was also a pediatric trauma technician at Childrens National Medical Center and was a member of the pediatric transport team for Childrens National Medical Center in Washington D. C. He also volunteered as an EMT for the Plaza Volunteer Rescue Squad in Virginia Beach, and was a volunteer fire fighter/EMT for the Laurel Volunteer Rescue in Prince Georges County, Maryland.
